Solution :

Go to Registry ( Regedit in the Run )

Check the following path

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\POST\CONNECTION]

Double Click the Server name and Give value data as ( Your SQL Server name)

"Servername"="DOP"

Eg. Here Your Server name = DOP )
